Need rear hatch for my Jimmy

I have a 71 Jimmy that I am restoring and have a single wall top off of a 72 Blazer. However the rear hatch on the top is so busted up that it is being held together with duct tape! Also I am not sure all the hardware is there. Does anyone know where I can buy a good used, complete rear hatch? Thanks in advance

Jim

Welcome from Canada.

If you have alot of extra cash laying around you can buy a brand new hatch otherwise it will take you a while to find a good used one.

Good hatches are hard to come by. As Gee Emm said, the fiberglass is being reproduced. They run about $400. You'll need to save the all hardware & the glass from your old hatch.

Looks like a line forming for the hatch on that "rare" top. I wonder if they mean single wall?? I couldn't tell from the pic.......I will keep looking. In the meantime I need to finish my current project which is a 1972 Chevy shortbox 4x4. I am just finishing up re-wiring it with a painless kit, next up conversion of the old top loader 4 speed to TH350. the automatic is being rebuilt by a friend of mine now. So I have time before I get too serious on the Jimmy.
