Stupid question, temp sensor size

Hey all, I am building a 383 for a Bravada, and have come across a problem. This should probably be something I should know, but searching has gotten me nowhere. I have a Performer RPM intake, and need to know what size the temperature sensor that screws in on the drivers side is, and if there is a way to make such a sensor work with the 1993 4.3 dash. Also, I am using 882 heads, and need to know what size the plugs that go in the heads are. Thanks

Re: Stupid question, temp sensor size

The hole in the intake and heads should be 1/2 NPT thread. You can get a threaded bushing to fit the late model smaller sensor into the larger hole.

Re: Stupid question, temp sensor size

I believe the sensor from the 4.3 would work. I think they are the same, just screwed in on opposite ends of the head.
