Dana 44 Pinion Seal - Help

Moving on to my next leak and was hoping to get a few pointers before I jump in.

First of all, the area of the axle where the front driveline connects to the differential (this is where my leak is) is called the pinion seal correct? From what I have read so far It should be a pretty straight forward fix.

1. Remove the driveline
2. Remove the yoke.
3 Replace the seal.

There is no crush sleeve or a specified drag on the bearing to set right? just a torque for the yoke nut.

I also posted a picture of the front side of the axle so you could see the differential cover. I plan to open this up and replace the gasket while I have the oil out of it. Are both of these seals (pinion seal and diff cover seal) just basic seals for the dana 44? Where is a good place to order these from and is there anything specific I need to reference when I order them?

Thanks in advance.

You are correct, basic stuff. Torque the nut down, preload is shimmed internally

Thanks for the response KWMECH. This should be the one right? I know a wide variety of trucks use this axle and am not sure if there is a difference.
