I saw it available years ago, but the product didn't sell well. I looked for some old stock, but couldn't find any. Then one Saturday morning while watching TRUCKS!, it came up on the advertising, ordered it rite away, and it still took two weeks to get it. Should clean up my wires always hated them running all over the place...yeah, I know, anal

Re: PO has me PO'd

got the intake gaskets on...felpro 1255. Bolts sealed and torqued to 11 ft. lbs. Black RTV used top and bottom, 4 corners got an extra portion at the block

now, on to the cooling, see if the electric water pump works

NO, not that bad, but money is a hard thing to come by these days...and the fact that I did something stupid, I should have gone with plan 'B'

BTW, I have something very similiar to that happen to me, another story for another day, maybe around a campfire with a beer

Someone should be able to tig it, just not me! I can't find a welder around this area for nothing, so to save time I will just buy the GMPP intake

Are you into your new budget yet?

I have a guy out here that could TIG it for you, but that's still a 1.5 hour trip.... that sucks.

Thanks Mike for the offer, I may take you up on it someday, right now I want to refocus on my build and not my foul up. It's worth a road trip to see ya any way, and a member may need this intake at a very reduced rate

plus I have in-laws out there...
