C10 frame stiffening channel iron?

Does anyone company sell custom bent channel iron that fits inside the frame to stiffen it when shortening a c10 frame. I saw a write up on a c10 that i think hot rod magazine did and they used the channel for extra strength. They said the name of the company that sold them but i cant find the article. Thanks

I saw that too, but can't remember who it was. Sorry.
I use 1/4" plate inside and out with 8- 7/16" grade 8 bolts on each side over the grafted/welded frame rail. Bit of an overkill, but never have to worry about it failing either.

Be careful with those. You need to seal them so water and junk can't get betwixt them and the frame to start rusting.

Weld through primer does that job satisfactorily!
