1 piece door glass regulators?

On my 1954 GMC I put doors off of a 48 so I could have 1 piece glass. The problem I am having is this. I have the glass, I have the regulators. But there appears to be a piece that attaches the glass to the regulators that I do not not have and cannot find anywhere. Aftermarket or anywhere at all. Anybody have any ideas on this? Besides finding another complete set of doors I am out of ideas? Thanks for any help

I have a set. I think there is a set on ebay also.
I bought them cause I couldnt find mine, then found them going through other boxes.

I have a 54 GMC cab that I am putting 49 doors on. I'm just started, and not aware of the problems you have. Can you post a picture of the pieces in question. Also what are you doing to solve the differences in door latches.
You may save me some time.

Now that I'm looking at these more. How does the glass attach to these??

the 4 holes in these tracks screw to the window frame.

You can also glue the class in the track. That is what I did. No issues

I think this may be the parts you are looking for . Sorry for the quality, but its the only shot I have. The window frame is 2 piece, the upper section wraps around the top and sides and is connected to the lower section with 1 screw at each end. The glass itself fits in glass setting tape which goes in a channel on both pieces. After assembled the lower track bolts the channel shown above. This picture is at the test fit stage. later all parts where primed and painted.

I've got a set of OEM 1 piece glass with the metal surrounds... One window is cracked but still intact and workings properly... I'm about to replace everything so these will be up for sale if so... You looking for patina or new?

You need a small piece of channel that attaches to the inside of door. I can't find hem anywhere. So I'm leaning toward power windows.
