nifty bearing trick and microwave

I saw this and thought I would share. Is 5 yrs. old and I,m sure some have seen it but I never had but I don,t do much with bearings. Might help someone thou. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVODJm05plw

I use an oven and or my deep freezer depending on which way you want to go

Theres a local shop here,,all he uses is a deep fryer with some type of machine oil in it...
Never seen the microwave before though..

We use heat if it needs to be bigger and dry ice if it needs to shrink. We put bushings in the freezer.
