throttlebody spacers

I just got finished installing a spacer on my 2000 silverado 4.8, it ran fine for an hour or so then the check engine light has come on. It does have a bit of a studder at idle but not real noticeable and nothing out of the ordinary at highway speeds. Anybody got an idea what's up?
Thanks in advance , Carl

Re: throttlebody spacers

thanks, that's what I'm starting to think as well, I wonder if I was to pull it off and use a gasket sealer as well as the gasket if that would work, did the one you have make any difference when you installed it?
