69 c10 "The Wildebeest"
About a week and a half ago I picked up a 69 c10, been busy lately so I haven't had a chance to start a build thread on it. Anyways here we go with some info..
Paid $2750 101,xxx original miles Coil suspension Rebuilt 350 Weiand Intake Carter AFB Competition series carb Headers w/ True Dual exhaust Auto trans w/ hurst shifter on floor Power steering and power drum brakes New gas tank New Rockers & Cab Corners Lowered (not sure how much. but its decently low) Pics of when I bought it What I've done so far.. New Light bulbs all around Edelbrock air cleaner New belts New fluids Exhaust tips Door seals and gas tank cap seal New window cranks What I have to install right now New "Painless" Wiring harness for whole truck.. Should be Paininthea$$ New ignition (key hole was worn out so PO wired up kill switch) Should be a fun project... Plans are Temporary John Deere Blitz black paint (eventually metallic blue like original color) Engine dress up Small cam Bags on rear (maybe all around) Redo interior Custom glove box with DIN radio Rollpan w/ hideaway hitch behind license plate and whatever else comes along the way..
