91 CK LS 5 Speed

Just picked up this 1991 rcsb. California truck, original paint, LS1 with 5 speed manual. Not sure how I feel about the stock five speed behind the 5.3 but we will see.
Wanting to kick the transit wheels but the truck is 6 lug swapped. May consider a center cap. Not sure which wheel Id like to run if I do switch. Open to suggestions.
Planning to leave it more or less as is and drive it. Just dropped it off to have some minor wiring finished.
Let me know what you guys think.

Very nice looking truck. I miss having a 5 speed in my W/Ts.

Motor looks like it belongs in there. I like that truck a lot but would probably tend to be a little hard on it with the stick. I would try some center caps on the rims and maybe some silver or light grey paint on them.

Sweet! I'd keep the wheels with some center caps. Maybe play around with different colors on them.

Re: 91 CK LS 5 Speed

cool little score. i'm not big on "big" wheels, especially steelies. there are lots of great 6 lug options out there. some polished bullet holes would look killer.

These are about my favorite six lug wheel right here, a little smaller at 20" but they look great.

Cool truck! I'm hoping to swap in one of those engines in the future too, I'm not sure if I'll keep the 5 speed trans though. What are those wheels from? What size are they?
