I found some 64 c10 v8 manifolds , will they work on a 69? On parts websites they show 69-72 as being the same what about 68 and earlier?

The early small block exhaust manifolds had mounts cast into the front to mount alternator and A/C with no provision on the head for later mounts.

Oh ok that makes sense. On a side note my k20 has the manifolds dump straight down and my 70 2wd I had they angle back a little. Is this the same for 68 and earlier including 60-66?

Yes on all 67-72s and pretty sure on earlier trucks. People cut and grind those mounting bosses off of the early manifolds for use with newer heads/later alternator brackets. '68 trucks had the new style heads and exhaust manifolds. That type of exhaust manifold went out with the 283 in '67.
