I recently went to French Lake Auto Parts near St.Cloud MN and found these diamonds in the rough there, they are all long bed fleets and 1 blazer with top hopefully I will be going back out there soon to pick up parts for myself but if anyone would be interested in me looking for a part for you guys I can do that for you

I will take a look, I am not sure when I will be going up, just remember that it will also cost shipping too if I do go. It is a good distance out of my way, about an hour and a half and their hours dont really work too well in my favor. so if you are willing to wait a little while I will check it out and see if they have anything there for you

yep, this place was huge, look it up online and see what they show you on their map, I took 3 hours and walked around there and only had time to skim past about half the vihicles there. if you notice too there were a few 60-66 there too, you can see the bed on the right of the picture. they keep this place surprisingly organized too, i did see two other of this year range but one was a blazer and for sale as a whole i think, and the other was a 67 flat bed

alright i will look, at least a few of them still had complete engines still on them, so my guess if any of them had power brakes they would still be there. almost every single truck there was near complete

The next time you go, if you take highway 12, you pass within 1 mile of da-burb's house. He runs Bowtie Truck Stop, Inc. out of his barn out there. If you need any new things like rockers, etc., and you want to save on shipping costs, call him ahead of time and see if he can line it up for you.

Not only is he a fellow board member, he is a heck of a nice guy too.

While your there, look for any trucks with this marking - deluxe centered below CUSTOM /10 or 20.
