Just picked up a 79 C-10

Just picked up a 79 C-10 from Az. Mechanicals are great as it runs and rides like a new truck. Truck has 67K on it but still needs some cosmetic repairs. It needs a grill and a tailgate. Can anyone tell me where to find these parts and what the average cost for these would be? Thanks in advance, RD

You looking for new or used?...lmc , brothers, classic chevy are a few places that sell replacement parts..trying to find a good undamaged oem grill may be a challange for the billfold..used tailgate shouldnt be as hard to locate but dont expect it to be perfect...might also try ebay and craigslist...

Score. That's why all our AZ trucks are disappearing? Don't blame you though heck I just cut up a perfectly good cab for the tunnel section last month and took the rest to the recycle yard. One of these days these rust free cabs are gonna be scarce but not yet. here anyhow.
pics please.

Will try to post pics when I can. I have relocated to the Grand Junction, Co. area. Guess I better update my profile.
