The craftsmanship is the part I like, I'd rather be out in the garage building and fabbing things then be out on the golf course. I live right across the street from the #2 tee box of our town course and haven't been out there for years. I've sat at car shows my whole life and the building of the vehicles is my escape from things. I say this truck is a keeper but I know if someone walks up and wants it it will more then likely have a new home for the right price.

Thanks bud, I'm really happy with how its turning out, it really looks like original faded\warn out paint in my opinion. Ive talked to a ton of painters and truck builders about how to go about this and like I said Im happy so far how it turned out. Most people dont like the fake patina paint, I cant wait to get the chrome side trim installed and the correct tires and wheels on it. That should change the whole appearance.

Looking good. I did a fauxtina job on mine as well, kind of hard to pull off to be perfect but it looks great.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
