Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II

Finally an Update 2/25/2008

Got the dropmember tacked in and the control arms and rotors on. Need new air line fittings so i left the bags out for now.

Not the best photo but got both sides on.

Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II

You really suck you know that! Now I am just that much further behind on my blazer build. I guess some day I should at least start it Looks great, so did the top hat's of teh drop member interlock with the lower crossmember or did you just have a dimension to go by?

Looking sweet! I love the way the dropmember looks in the raw frame. Have had a chance to put the cab on yet? Keep up the great work.

Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II

Your frame is looking awesome. I can't wait to try my hand at making my own frame. Any advise on figuring out the geomentry for all of the link bars? Also, what are you using to bend your plate and tubing?

Make sure the parallel at ride height and get as much tri-angulation to the upper bars as you can with out them binding. I bought a cheap harbor frieght pipe bender seems to work on the thinker (3/16") wall tube.
