Unhappy E bay frustration... but

I ordered these lights 3 weeks ago. Paid for them with Pay Pal. 2 weeks and nothing. Finally get a ups tracking number for them and they are already delivered! What...to AZ! Send them text messages and they state they have to wait and see if they send them back from the wrong address they sent them to. I doubled checked and I gave them the right info it was totally their fault! So I wait another week and get them.
I installed them but they sure ant what I had hope for. I'll run them for now but not really all that happy with them. I did figure out the problem with the one passengerside light. The ground wasn't tight.

Stay away from these people on E bay.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: E bay frustration... but

It's all good and easy when things go right with online purchasing, but can sure be frustrating when it doesn't. At least you managed to finally get them.

I bought an old brochure that was very unique from the '50s I was real excited to find. It ends up showing delivered but it sure wasn't delivered here. The seller wasn't at fault, the post office claimed it was delivered and must have been stolen. No way. I've had literally tons of good shipped to my house with never an issue...till someone decided to steal a big envelope with a piece of paper in it? There is more valuable stuff just laying around my place on any given day and never had anything disappear. They must have given it to someone else. I just had to put a DMV document for my neighbor who is an independent trucker in his mailbox last evening. I'm sure it is essential to his career and some people might have just tossed it. Too much hassle for $15 and it's not like it would buy the same rare brochure again. Frustrating for sure

I agree..when everything goes great its all good..but when it don't itll make you want to burn the barn down. I've bought loads of stuff of ebay and saved a ton of money..luckily I've only had 2 bad transactions. And both were on the seller..eventually it all got worked out..but I now make sure whatever I buy is in U.S.

Re: E bay frustration... but

I had an incident just this week from Amazon. Microwave oven, in my cart, goes on sale "prime".

Six days goes by and I look it up. Sitting in the warehouse down the street for five days and on the sixth day it was delivered! In the middle of the night!

There was no large box on my porch in the morning.

You ever try and find a customer service number for Amazon? It's non existent.

Yes but in the end they sent the lights. So it was closed. I'm just fustrated with the whole deal. The lights are ok but to me the fit was terrible. I had to cut the board on everyone of them to get the screws to fit. Then they sent only 4 connectors for 6 lights. After looking at it I just made my own and hooked them up.

Ebay is not all bad. I have been on there for 15 years. Research is the key to good buys. I only deal with people in the US (as far as I know) and I read recent feedback from other customers. In over 600 transactions, I cant really complain.

I've been a E bay member since 02 and this is the first problem I have had.
