Buddy Bucket foam differences

I picked a set of Buddy Buckets from the local pick-a-part couple of years ago for $40. I found them in a older Jeep truck. The seat covers and the little metal rectangular button that is a decoration in the middle of the upper seat cover points to it being a made Buddy Bucket seat. When comparing them to my current Buddy Bucket seats that I have in my Cheyenne the frame is a little different. With that being said they are basically Buddy Buckets with different seat foam and covers. They were common in the Dodge Lil Red Express and Dodge Warlock trucks. I understand that an outside company made the Buddy Buckets for other trucks besides the Gm trucks in slight variations.

My question is will the stock GM foam made for Buddy buckets work? or will they need to be modified. Anyone that might have done this or had experience going down this path chime in please. Thanks!
