DG4’s were the bigger outside mirrors, and the disc brake sticker was 71 only. Your truck has been painted, the first thing I noticed was the top of the dash should be green to match the dash pad, not the yellow body color.

DG4 is a small tripod style mirror. Two legs down, one up. Yes disk break sticker 71's only

Having lower trim on the tailgate, with a tailgate band might also be a CST Blazer only thing.
