speaker wires thru Jamb...help

so the PO cut holes in the doors and i am going to put speakers back in there rather than do a repair so any hints on running those speaker wires thru the door and in the Jamb would be helpful pics are even better ....i can get them thru the door but want to see some tips on where to plumb them in the cab Jamb this is a 72 cheyenne so it has the door jamb interior light switches i can see where they go thru..... seems pretty difficult to get them up thru there.... any helpful hints would be appreciated
