Horn contact order

Can someone show me the right order in which these parts are installed onto the steering wheel?

Especially the tapered 3 hole plate thing...

Here is a pic that I took when I was about to replace the steering wheel on my '86. It's been awhile since I did it but it may be safe to "assume" (LOL) that the first piece from the left in your picture is on the bottom

LEFT to right spring contact is up side down, then the horn holder, plastic spacer( DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN ) blue lock tight can be used half drop screws . then horn cover

Duel 77-87 Factory air cleaner, duel inlet from rad support . Down sized 9' to new 8' Steel flat bed
Was a 77 454 w/308 gear. Taken out 550 lbs. up front with motor clip change.
