Side molding on a 66 Burb???

Is this a factory option? I can not seem to find any pictures of this either. It would seem that the molding from a fleet side would fit pretty decently with the exception of the piece that partially wraps around the backside of the cab. Maybe this has been photoshoped before. Any insight would be nice.

here is one... it was not an option from the factory, this guy probably used a short fleet set without the cab corner portion, which is why it falls short in the rear... maybe a set from a long fleet shortened would work better?

the upper (beltline) set of trim is stock.

It has always been strange to me that Chevrolet put that trim on the Suburbans. It is hardly noticeable, especially on a two-tone truck- this truck is a perfect example. AND the pickup trim is very noticeable and looks great. All that extra work for little reward.
