barn door glass install

How does the glass go back in the door frame? does the glass go in the gasket first similar to a windshield install or does the gasket go into the door frame first and then the glass.

Re: barn door glass install

I'd like to know as well.. Brothers sold me a big back window gasket and said I could cut it in 2 to make a gasket for both back windows . I can't get it to work. Any ideas or should I get the 1 piece per door gaskets?!
