to shave or not to shave...

Has anybody out there shaved the driprails on a burb? What are the pros and cons? Are they structural in any way and will I jack things up if I remove them?

I think I have seen that one before, or one like it years ago at Truck Jamboree in Irvine.

Re: to shave or not to shave...

On my Panel, I'd kinda like to leave it around the windshield and doors and then shave from the doors back. I'd want them to curve down a little just behind the doors, like at the rear, just moved forward. Prolly to much skill involved for me, though. As far as structure, there seems to be many bolts that hold the roof to the sides. Are 'Burb's like that? I would have guessed they would be the same-Panels and 'Burb's, that is.
