Exclamation what to look for when buying????

What should I look for when buying a 1970 truck. I'm not worried with the engine since I plan on putting a rebuilt 350 in it and rebuilt trans to. What are some major things to look for? I know to look for rust but can you'll add anything else...all the help would be appreciated

checkt he frame for cracks on the front frame horns especially on 4wd trucks check around the windhsield for leaks b/c that is a costly repair

If it is a leaf spring truck, I seem to find alot of busted leafs...so look in there if so equipped.
mostly., look for something that just isn't right. ots of years, lots of owners, and lots of poor repairs, or not fixing something when they should have. I'll have to say that previous shotty repair causes me more headache than anything else.
