66 front suspensio swap, help!

I have a 1966 c10 and want to swap out the front and rear suspension to get 5 by 5 lug, power disc brakes and power steering. Will an 87 c10 front suspension line up? I have seen posts where 73 to 85 will but 87's are the same, or are they. Can anyone help? Looking at buying an 87 c10 parts truck and swapping out.

As Long it's a Square Body C-10 you'll be fine. . Get the Power Steering Gear Box Mounting Bracket also from Capt Fab, So you can mount the center-link and Power Steering Gear Box as One Unit....

I've done them both ways, but it's quicker and easier to just swap the 73-87 parts onto your existing crossmember. Either way, it's up to you, but if you have your engine in place, it adds a lot of work swapping the crossmember itself. The 73-87 upper and lower arms will bolt right onto your existing crossmember.

Be sure and swap over steering components (tie rod ends, adjuster sleeves etc) and spindles as well. I've ran into problems when you try to intermingle the components from different years and the outer tie rod ends wont drop into the hole on the steering arm.
