talked to my buddy John a couple days ago. we are going to work together on this project. this will help keep up with demand. im moving my operation so after that happens i will be back on track.

Subscribing in on this thread. Been waiting for someone to offer a 'kit' that resembles the OE set-up. I really like that you went the extra step to create outer vents/balls to match the center vent/ball style. That's definitely cool in my book.
I need to look up Vintage Air kit info & see what their hose kits look like (to the outer & center vents). I'd like to see/understand what it will take to allow connecting everything. Again.... Well done!

made some progress on the work room Sunday. now i need to run an air line to the room and i can start making parts again.
i was doing this at my friends that has helped me through this whole process. his mom got sick and he went back east to take care of her. so now im moving the operation to my house. im expecting to be in full motion by Christmas. getting started in a new location is costing me alot so please bare with me.

we finished most of the new air line system. should be done this Sunday if all goes as planned. then i can start making parts again. it takes alot more money than i thought to buy all that copper line. spent like $421 just on copper pipe.

$300 each...complete center vent assembly $150 each...faceplate $130 set of 2 side vent ball assembly $50 each...chrome vent balls any size or center vent $25 each...raw vent balls any size or center vent $10 each...center vent ball mount $12.50 each...good used old vent ball trade in.

i need to make a few more before i ship them off for chroming. as you can see they are a little smaller than the center plate vent ball.

still making the vent balls and center vents to fufill the waiting list. thats a minimum of 67 vents i need to make. once those are done they go off to get chromed and thats a 5 week turn around. i will keep you posted as always.
