How do I fix this

Getting my door gaps straight as I possible can and run into this, sorry it's upside down. I don't know how I'm going to fix it without tons of bondo

If the door gap at the rear and bottom is where you like it then fit the window hoop to the cab. I use a 3’ 4x4 as a persuader to move the hoop, they are surprisingly malleable. Sometimes I use a 8 - 10lb sledge with a wood block to protect the door frame.

Really never even thought about BFH. I know the loop is pretty easy to move I had it off when I was cleaning rust and new door skin but I made sure to put it back where it came from. If I do move it will the windo still fit and not leak

I have beat those areound many times and never had a window not fit. Test the window fit though before you paint it.
Use my door assembly instructions to make it easy...see link in my signature line

Might be the photo angle or something, but it looks like the drip rail also has a slight bend towards the rear near the bottom, which may be causing the bigger gap.

It also appears to me that your drip edge is "pushed back" a bit.
