Right hand drive 58 Chevy with a unique box

I was doing a search to get some ideas for my 59 SB Fleetside when I came across this truck. Is the box original or did someone remove the bullets, I don’t think that’s a cameo box? Any Thoughts? I had the thought of shaving the bullets from of my fleetside box to give it a cameo look. Now I’m not sure if I like the look I think it needs the total back end of the cameo to finish the look. Very unusual truck right hand drive and the box shape.

All the fleetsides I've seen up here in Canada have the bullet. I've never seen a box like that one.

And we also have left hand drive vehicles in Canada. Right hand drives are as rare as they are as in the U.S.

58 fender trim. Is the bed side one piece? Is the step recess factory? Maybe an aftermarket fleet supplier offered it as a option. Or maybe someone immigrated from AU or England and brought his truck? Did the postal service ever custom order them with right had drive? I know they are available because factory assy manual shows the rpo and assembly. Chevy and GMC had the fleet option but I think it used the rocket bed but with plain taillights (not trim ring). Interesting!

I was supprised that the export cars were considered kits. This explains why some of the export trucks look so different in body style and trim.

Lots of companies had factories in all sorts of countries and exported cars/trucks in kit form or CKD (Complete Knock Down) AMC had a factory here in England and Volkswagen had a factory in Ireland !
