Re: Owen's C10

This weekend I started working on the rear wheel tubs, I pancaked one tub that I had previously widened by taking a 3" section out of the middle. then I widened the other one, sectioned it, and finished welding/grinding it all up...next weekend I'll finish the other one.

Nice looking truck. 1 stupid question. Is it 12 inches that needs to be cut out for the short bed conversion?

Both look great. Would you mind posting part number? i did a quick check and there are various. I would hate to choose the wrong set when I now know you were successful with your build.

they were made by united pacific, you can get 'em from summit. you will also need some load resistors and a led flasher, cause when you run led lights they don't draw enough current to make the stock flasher work.

Re: Owen's C10

Does the heat wrap on the intake serve a purpose? Never seen that done before except on turbo cars.
