Your timing is spot on. I just finished going through the same agony as you and was set on 18" rims no matter what. I ended up with 18x9.5 rear running a 265/60 and 18x8 front running 255/55 Nitto tires. They fill the wheels wells perfect. The photo is with a 3" rear drop that i just changed to 5" and the front is a guess at 3-4". Im not looking for a set of drop spindles for the front as theres room to go down a bit more.
