Was the CST for Chevy and GMC or Chevy only?

Think the GMC equivalent to a CST is called a Super Custom. I know it has been talked about in the past.

Z84=CST/Cheyenne in Chev; Sierra in GMC
Z62=Custom Deluxe in Chev; Super Custom in GMC I think..  GMCs make my head hurt.
