Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Still doesn't look right to me. I hear they are very well equipped though. I have the previous version and love it. Maybe a test drive is in order...

I LIKE 'em! I really like that color. I think it started as a Corvette color, and spread from there, but I may be incorrect on that.

Re: I know, I know

How many miles did you get it with?

Looks PIMP. I saw a dealer w/ one a few months ago. It seemed pretty large in scale compared to other vehichles on the highway.

Re: I know, I know

We traded our 93 Suburban 170,000 miles on it and got my dad's employee dicount to. When I first test drove it, it only had 10 miles on it. They had ordered it for some one and they didn't buy it thank... God.
Yes it is very tall. I can't reach the back side of the hood standing flat foot in front of it. Has 20" wheels, 4x4 Loaded, Sticker was over $52,000.00. I didn't pay nowhere near that for it. It drives better than my wifes 94 Eledrado touring coupe. Has more stuff on it also.
The only thing I miss is the back storage behind the third seat. None in the Tahoe!

Re: I know, I know

A very nice ride. With a sticker price like that I would have to get a deal and a half to even look at it. Hope you get a lot of use out of it.

Re: I know, I know

How are the registration taxes in your state?
In VT they get us for 6%
@ 52K, that's be over 3K in tax here just to register it.

Love the new front clip that's on 'em!

Re: I know, I know

Andy4639, how many miles do you have now that you have had it a month and a half? My wife is just about ready to shoot me. I have put 3100 miles on hers in the last month and a half. I have made several trips to the other side of the state and they are about 800 miles round trip. It has been worth it though. I have been getting parts for my 71. I like driving this so much I just take it over instead of having them ship the parts.

Have you seen any of these lowered a little yet to take up some of the wheel gap? I am wondering how that will effect the ride.

Re: I know, I know

I work at a Chevrolet Dealer and we have had a couple come back in for service with 24" black wheels on black tahoes and you talk about sick looking. I love these new tahoes. My girlfriend wants one so bad but my 2000 powerstroke 4x4 diesel is paid for and only has 127,000 miles and no problems. Hard to trade that off for a 52,000.00 dollar note. The owner of the dealership has one right now too and backup camera and all options. Very sweet.
