You can if you are not worried about being able to steer it.

Re: Dana 60 question

I agree with these guys, broke the spiders in the mud truck 44 and welded them.Only thing I use this for is competition mudding .Most places I get by but others have a tight turn in to the pit and I have to jockey back and forth to get lined up................A real pain. When I find a 60 for it , It will be a locker for sure.

Re: Dana 60 question

In my truck i am running a lunch box locker (lock right). I also have a twin sticked 205 so if i am on the trail and need to turn i can just put the front in N and turn like normal.

Re: Dana 60 question

trails and tight turns im not worried about. its its to big to be a trail truck and to pretty haha. just some of the fields im in are really muddy and i get stuck some times. it would be used 90% just goin straight.

Re: Dana 60 question

Then you should be able to get a mini spool, or just weld it. I would get a lock right tho. Otherwise you're forever getting out of the truck to unlock one hub.
