Rear Cab Trim and Bed On

-
Well, the bed is in place and I think it looks great!

I thought I would also include the rear cab trim install with this post. I bought new clips for the rear cab stainless trim, so I took a couple of pictures of the installation. I had to clean the paint off of the buttons so the clips would slide on and lock in place. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to put them on but I wanted the clips as close to the end as I could get them on the corners. (pic #1) The second picture explains how the trim sits on the clip. And the third picture shows the trim in place. Sorry for the dark pics but I couldn't seem to get them lightened up. I polished the trim with a buffer wheel and two grades of stainless buffing compound. The part # for the clips I used was 30-1675 but I don't know who they are made by. Everything went together really easy.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm really happy with the way it's turning out so far.

beautimus: I will have the camera out today. I don't think there is any sealer in there but I will take a pic.

That truck is going to be really, really nice. I love that paint scheme with the trim package. It's my favorite.

Tony,

Here are a couple of pics. The drivers side doesn't have anything in it but the passengers side looks like it might have had some in it at one time. Or it's just filled in with dirt.

Hey Leon, where did you order the clips from? I like that it won't actually touch the cab. I plan on adding it to my truck.

Thanks.

If I have a problem with the tank I will just loosen it up and slide it over.
