Turn Signal Issue

Ready to get my truck inspected but seems to be an issue everytime im ready to get it inspected. Anyway, my electrical skills stink so maybe someone can lead me in the right direction.
My turn signals (park lights) in the front: Both side markers blink correctly, the left turn signal light (park light) does not blink or light up when turning on turn signal switch, when I turn on the right front blinker the left and right (park lights) both blink. Does this sound like a ground issue? Im pretty 75% sure both worked not to long ago.

Thanks!

Yes that is a ground problem. Often those front lights don't ground good where they clamp to the body. I used to run a ground wire from one of the studs to a ground on the fender or core support.

Tried running ground wire from one of the studs to the core support but that didn't fix the issue.
