Replacing power steering box, upgrades?

I need to replace the power steering box in my 71 c10. It doesn't leak at all, but there is play in the steering wheel that I haven't been able to adjust out.

My question is, should I go with a reman OEM steering box, or is there an upgraded box? I recall reading in the past there was an updated box with a better steering ratio. Also, where is the best place to get one?
Thanks in advance
