Looks good if not a little over priced. Wasn't it just last year that this bronze panel (from bring a trailer) was for sale in Conroe?
I seem to remember it priced between $11k and $16 depending on the ad. I almost went to take a look at it. Is that a factory rear sway bar? I always thought 3/4 ton panels were longer than 1/2 ton panels or is that only the earlier body styles?

Is there a reason why having the steel floor over the wood would be a problem? I am not wanting to put a steel floor over the wood, but will be spraying heat shield, sound deadner and bed liner on my cab floor. I have not decided what to do with the wood yet. I am unsure of the effects and afraid it might shorten the life if I spray it.

seems to be way overpriced if you ask me, yes it is in good shape but no a/c or power steering... and it is still a 3/4 ton truck, which have not brought high prices unless its a loaded big block...I think he would be very lucky to get half of what he is asking

if the wood gets damp, it will rust any steel it is in contact with. the floor would act like a lid, preventing evaporation.
I would hit the wood underneath with some kind of stain/oil/preservative while I was at it. I plan on doing it to my truck bed.....someday... the deck boards on my trailer are original but the PO was anal about slathering his used motor oil on them. no rot what so ever.
