Early 70's van front suspension swap to a 70' pickup

I can get for free the front suspension off of a early 70's chevy van. Is it different than the pickups from the same years? Will it fit?

lower arms will not work on trucks blazers burbs, upper arms will and so willspindles and rotors,

and thats all

tie rods and center link and steering box and sway bar wont, vans are alot wider
