67-72 Burbs and Panels 2wheel drive only

So there is a burb-panel 4x4 picture thread, and an old all burbs and panels picture thread that was closed. So how bout we start a new thread with ...

67-72 Burbs and Panels 2Wheel Drive Only!

And give us the specs we always ask about while you are at it ... Thanks!

Yes I know there is a panel only thread, but this area of the board needs more love haha, so lets include the panels too!

Here are a few pics of 'SuperSub'

[/LEFT]It is a '67 suburban with an old ZZ3 motor, and turbo 400 trans. I put 3 rows of 2007 Suburban seats in it. I painted it with House of Kolor 'TruBlue Pearl' (PBC 36). These photos about 4 years old.

Re: 67-72 Burbs and Panels 2wheel drive only

Here is my 67 GMC C10. It's getting a 5.3 and 4L60E from a 2004 Suburban. I've also installed seats from the 04 Suburban, first and second row. Just waiting on it to get started up so I can start driving in soon. Just picked up a driveshaft over the weekend, that was the last big part that we needed.

17" US Wheels Series 68 Rat Rod wheels. 17x8" all around.

Re: 67-72 Burbs and Panels 2wheel drive only

Thanks for the good start guys! I would love to see the Burb/Panel area of the board hopping a little more.

My guess is face book and Instagram have done some damage here.

Re: 67-72 Burbs and Panels 2wheel drive only

Took the Burban all the way to downtown Gresham yesterday! Whooo! Took time to get a brand new photo just for this thread.
As you can tell I'm better at taking things apart than taking pictures.

That dash is looking good! Do you need a door or the the sheet metal from the driver side on a Burban? I may have a line on some. Shipping would be rough from here but ???

And thanks CG!

That color looks great on the dash. It looks similar to the stock Ivory color on my 67.

Looking forward to seeing it all painted.

I had a Suburban door from a '69 I parted out and I'm using a pickup door skin for the 1/4 panel patch. Looks like it is going to work good. Thanks for the offer....

Clever using a door skin. That would have never occurred to me. Looking forward to how it works.
