1971 GMC Jimmy

I need to see what this is worth. I’ve looked to see if there’s projects for sale to find the value but I couldn’t find any.

Will need the following
Inner rockers
Outer rockers
Right inner fender
Left wheel tub
Right door
Missing tailgate
Missing engine

Stock suspension with a body lift. Stock 205 transfer still in place, th350 in the cargo area. Interior is original and will need to be redone.

I would say $3000-$4000. There are some nice parts there.

If the bed floor is solid and the frame good I'd guesstimate $3,500 -0 $5,000 You can easily put another 20-25 K in it restoring it doing everything except body/paint yourself.

The amount to restore it is the reason why I don’t want to restore it myself. Thank you for your reply.

Re: 1971 GMC Jimmy

I sold my buddy one Blazer with no engine , transmission, transfer case or sheetmetal front clip. he got $3800 it also needed rust repairs like yours. does the spid on the GMC glovebox say Cheyenne equipment? It has the wood grain body trim and chrome transfer case shifter. I also sold my 71 GMC Jimmy for 10.500 running driving with not much rust but needed all restored. So my guess is 5 or 6 k for yours. Good luck. a1

Hello A1
Im not sure where i would find that on the spid. It does say Custom Sport Truck. Did you sell those vehicles local or online? Thanks for your input

That's good that it is a CST, same as Cheyenne equipment. one of my rigs went to oregon and the other to Los Angeles. Craigslist works well. Just sold a shortwide 4x4 , it's going to LA also
