Is frame on 72 suburban pre set up for the 3rd seat?

I have a burb without the third seat and am buying one to put in.

I haven't crawled under to look, and thought one of you might know ahead of time.

Are the holes and welded nuts for the 3rd seat installed on the frame already?

8 out of 10 personalities agree that fabrication is cool.

# 3 is standing with arms crossed shaking his head.....

# 10 is in the corrner playing the game Perfection with a hammer.........
