1969 c10 hei no spark help

ok so im back ... my poor 69 wont fire it was fine 2 weeks ago. its a inline 250 with HEI i took the coil out and put a meter on it both the primary and secondary coil ar good. i have power going to the cap. ran i hot wire right to it from the batt just to make sure. wtf is going on. what should i check next . took a plug out had my gf turn the truck over as i grounded the threads no spark. what is going on? please please help me . i want back in my truck .

Sounds like the control module went out. When they go out it's done. It sits under the internal coil inside the dizzy.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I think you can get a module tested at Autozone and if it's bad replace it with a GM Delco
module. Since you have power at the BATT terminal and the coil tests good you may also have a bad pickup in the distributor or the button in the cap might be bad.

HEI modules do not like external voltage regulators because they can generate voltage spikes that can fry the modules. The Delco modules are more resistant to spikes and last longer.
