Yes I run 16 x 8 in wheels on a lowered 62 C10 , 5x5 bolt circle on the front for the mustang 2 front end and 6 bolt on the back for the stock rearend. They are not cheep but I have been running them for about 12 years and the powder coat paint still looks like new

So, they were purchased 12yrs ago?

I had 2 wheels built by Stockton Wheel back in 2010. It took 16wks vs their estimated 4-6wks & that was w/me having to constantly see where progress was because every time I checked, "they should be shipping out any day now". That was at the 5=6 week mark.

I stopped recommending them to anyone. I heard around that time frame (2011-2012?) the shop closed up & owner passed within days of shuttering the facility.

There are other choices now. I've been getting mine through Wheel Vintiques since that time.

Did You Have To Install Longer Wheel Studs?

It would be best to run longer studs.

Re: 6-lug Steel wheels for Disc brake Conversion

hey guys did anyone ever find out if those dexstar wheels are okay to use?

I really want to run a set of 16's but my truck is 6 lug and hats the only option I really know of aside from sprintstar wheels which are not an option for me.

thanks!

Re: 6-lug Steel wheels for Disc brake Conversion

Just out of curiosity will these work on the earlier years like 60 - 66 with drums? I was wondering if the bores were the same size?
Thanks,
Mark

Does Wheel Vintiques not make a 6 lug steelie with hubcap nubs anymore? I can't seem to find any online. 8 lug sure, but no luck on the 6 lugs... I see they still have the smoothies available but that's it... am I missing something?

I don't believe they make a 6-lug OE series wheel. Only the 5-lug & 8-lug options.

Actually just found these, they're not on the wheel vintique website anymore though.
