Where is the best place to either get a power steering box rebuilt or get a good exchange one? thanks Rick

So I looked at rockauto.com...particularly this:
ACDELCO Part #360517501 If I'm reading this correctly, it's $104.79 and a $75.00 core... Aren't most in the $300+ range?
