Hubcaps

Can any one identify these hub caps. I only found 2 in an old, miners shack they where hanging on one of the three remaining walls. They are a bit rusty on the inside look pretty good other-wise. There about 9 1/2 inch in dia. at the very outside, are 7 3/4 inch dia. where it would set in the rim and stand 2 1/2 inches high.
