52' Chevy Truck

I recently inherited this 52' Chevy truck from my Grampa that passed away a month ago. I told him never to sale it as I would like to keep it in the family, as he did. So I'm gonna slowly start fixing it up more as it sat in his garage for a few years. He restored it back in 2000, so I just wanna go through it and do some upgrades and repairs. He did install a newer 350 engine, disc brakes in front, A.C., tilt steering column. I recently bought a steering wheel online and put it on and I'm really liking it. I wanna put some torque thrust wheels on it, maybe air bags in the future. Any advise or info would be awsome, thank you.

Wow...99% of the guys on here would like to be where you're at! Its a beauty. Sorry about your loss.

Get it driveable (heck that might just be fluids at this point). drive the heck out of it and everything will sort itself out. Just search this forum and you'll get plenty of info!

last but not least, Welcome!

Yea, thank you. I'm very blessed to have it, I'm just taking care of it for him is what I tell myself. And by the way it is driveable now, just wanna go through it check everything. Need to do some painting in some areas but overall it's in good condition.

Sorry for your loss as well. If your Pap loved driving it (like I bet he did), drive it and enjoy it. You have years to slowly upgrade it or just clean it up and enjoy it! I bet your Pap would be proud you care for the truck as much as he did!

Good looking truck too! Some more pics are in order!
