How many owners?

Where can I get info on how many owners and what states my new 59 truck has been registered in? I would also like to find out the original dealer.

OK... there is a way to get part of that info... Chevrolet has a web site that you can get a "build sheet" and "history page" about your truck if you have the VIN (Serial Number) BUT for the life of me I can't seem to locate it! Hopefully someone on this board knows it.

hey buddy i'm also restoring a 59 s/b fleetside, big window. my vin #3A59L 102129. I've been working on this truck for about 3yrs. already. It's a solid truck. I have this truck for 6yrs. but now i have mustang II suspension, remove of gas tank, new wiring, 17in. wheels, a/c, 1-peice pwr window, shaved door, and on and on. needs painting and upholstery. it really takes time and be very patient. Think of what u want. I have extra parts might be able to help you. I am located in kingsville, tx. just south of corpus christi. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU, GILBERT
