Carb fuel delivery problem holley 4150 do....

I'm having fuel delivery problem with carb. I did a deep cleaning, soak, cleaned out passages, new gaskets etc. Problem now is fuel is only spraying out secondary nozzle size (28) which is what it was before, but it only sprays when I push down with finger on gas pump arm, I've already moved linkage cam to the number one position and it still doesnt lift linkage enough, Im thinking check diaphragm, but I put back same size as before, kit did come with one extra alittle thinner. And before changing cam size my question is why would anything change if all went back the way it was???

As far as primary spray nozzle, no fuel is squirting, and I cleaned metering block and passages good. For some reason it's not making it through. I e adjusted both float bowls to proper levels.........

Something about security token won't let me post pics...so irritating...

What was the reason you took the carb apart for in the first place?

Fuel starvation...was running on choke only....I figured gas tank debris jammed it up....

Any chance you installed the wrong gaskets and are blocking passages?

I slowly and cautiously put gaskets on and made sure nothing was blocked, and proper fit.....but now watching more videos on passages I might have missed....I'll find out when I take bowls back off.....

Main concern was the red umbrella check valve I used on the old bowl. The origin was brass check ball, looked corroded, so clipped it out and used red umbrellas that came with kit.
