Oil Pressure Gauge

I started my truck yesterday and drove down the road and my stock oil pressure gauge went from 30 to 60 and kept doing that the whole time I drove. The oil is so clean I could hardly see it, no lifter noise.
Could it be a sensor or a bad oil pump? ect ect.
