How much is this 59 worth?

It has blueprinted/balanced 350 w/ 350 trans and B&M shift kit. rear end, drive shaft, basically the whole drivetrain is rebuilt. it has original front suspension, but it has been upgraded to power front discs. it is a small window, short bed stepside pickup. it has rust in the usual areas, but the owner has all patch panels and cab corners, uninstalled. has new tailgate. new rear bumper and bumper brackets, new heater core. alternator. lots of extra parts include door hinges, weatherstripping, misc, etc etc etc. needs a new drivers door, he has a replacement, uninstalled. front windshield is cracked. all lights, etc work. interior is all stock. he described it as a mechanically sound truck that needs all the cosmetics. He wants 5000 obo, does this sound like a fair price?

Without pictures it is hard to tell condition. I have bought trucks like that for less but being a small window is a negative in my book.

If it helps Frances is a small window 56. She has a 350 with a cam, 350 automatic stock front end, with some rust in the bottom of the fenders and doors. Inside is stock with the original shifter hooked up to the automatic. I paid $5100. for her.

I figured I could drive her while I collect parts and figure out how I want to do the rebuild.

Frances was built about 20 years ago. When I first saw her I thought I would repaint her. BUT! then I found out that she is Purple under the hood, the front of the bed/back of the cab. Even bottom of the cab and interior are purple. So someone had this truck all apart when they painted her.
